I was looking for somebody who could create a bespoke set of silver cufflinks for a special occasion. Izy was wonderful. She helped me finalise my design and delivered my cufflinks to a very tight timeframe. She worked closely with me throughout the process so that I was kept up to date on the status of my order and she wrapped them beautifully for me. My husband loves his new cufflinks. I actually asked for a custom piece with a totally different shape and style to it. Izi was amazing from the start. We chatted back and forth about the design of the piece and she came up with a design that she was so excited to make that she even gave me the option of not buying it and purchasing the originally ordered piece. In the end what she came up with was simply stunning. The service and communication was perfect and I simply cannot fault Izi or the necklace she made for me.
